Sorry for the absence, I have been recovering from food poisoning induced by a British Airways meal. Airplane food + British food ain’t the prettiest of gastronomic pictures.


Since the disastrous flight, I’ve been consuming cups of broth and hard boiled eggs, so there hasn’t been anything very interesting to write about. Add jet lag on top of that, and you have a pretty stagnant blog.  Lots of apologies. Come back tomorrow though. I’m  making a galette des rois!
