IPhone? Vegan Cookbook Review
Happy FRIDAY! We have another contender for our Top 10 contest! Breakfast Not surprisingly, I didn’t wake up starving like I usually do. I ate a huge dinner last night with lots of satisfying protein (and sugar! Instead of my ever-reliable oatmeal, I went with a lighter breakfast this morning: whole wheat toast with cashew butter + pumpkin seeds and Barney Butter + ground flaxseeds meal, grapes, and strawberries. This meal didn’t hold me over at all last Wednesday, but I am a different type of “hungry” this morning. Let’s hope this meal does the trick! (I took a “Skinny” Oatmeal Raisin Bar to go just in case I get hungry mid-morning like I did last time.) With iced coffee with chocolate soy milk… Review of PETA’s Vegan College Cookbook
Bottom line: If you are in college and vegan, this is the cookbook to buy! If you’re not in college and not vegan, but just looking for an easier way to eat healthy and perhaps don’t know how, this cookbook gives you a ton of simple, fast, and healthy recipes.
