Iron Cupcake - Music...Goodbye Earl!

Those black-eyed peas, they tasted alright to me....Earl, why don't you lie down and sleep? Ain't it dark wrapped up in that tarp?

They sell tennesse ham and strawberry jam, and they don't lose any sleep at all....cuz Earl had to die!
Ha, first thing I thought of when it was announced the theme was music....."Goodbye Earl" by the Dixie Chicks.....the cupcakes are brown sugar poundcake with a carmelized strawberry jam topped with a cream cheese frosting with just a touch more of that strawberry jam.....No worries tho, no black eyed peas in these......LOL.
