Iron Cupcake PRO

Yes, it?s a lofty name, but it was definitely an amazing event? For those who don?t know, Sandy started it off as a small competition here in Milwaukee and has grown over the last year. Today, Iron Cupcake PRO was held at the Milwaukee Art Museum and was definitely a great time. Combined with the fact that you could also tour the Andy Warhol Exhibit, I dragged J with me and we made a night of it.

Just one example of the cupcake spread! Apparently there was 8000 cakes baked for the event! Add to it, an amazing bar, great local music and an amazing gallery event for Andy Warhol, there was a ton to do as well!

Let?s just say that I ate my fair share of cupcakes and it may have been my dinner! It was worth it too!

It all made for a great date night for J and I. He, of course, was more excited about the mac and cheese that was available, while I was excited for the cupcakes, as well as the chance to use my new lens, an early gift from J. I may have even been invited to the next Iron Cupcake competition in Milwaukee? I think I may have to take Sandy up on her offer!
