It wasn't to be

By salad and sequins (Visit website)

Look how well my day started! Yes you got it GF OIAJ!!!!!!!
Man this was good, banana protein oats with some trail mix thrown in foe good measure.

This bad boy breakfast kept me full til about 12.30 when I had a teeny tiny apple to get me through to lunch. I had some disappointing news the car I saw had been sold : ( oh well back to the drawing board.........

Lunch was curried kale and butternut squash soup with rice cakes and vegan cream cheese.
I didn't eat the apple til after my mini gym session. But i did eat...........

A fig bar! Do you like my cheesy photo!? After work I went to the gym and walked for 20mins up hill, my back is still painful! So getting bored of this. I also did a few weights and 24 lunges on each leg then I called it a day. Livid and up set I can't train properly : (
I popped into see my dad before I went home he always brings a smile to my face.

I did make myself feel better with this fab dinner though, roasted veg and a salmon steak in sun dried tomato sauce and olives. I don't need to tell you how good this was!

Afters was buckwheat carob pud, sticky and delish.

To be honest I've had a bit of a crappy day so I shall say farewell and hope yours has been better.

Question:

When your down what makes you feel better?

For me its my papa no matter what he can bring a smile to my face.
Big love papa x x
