Italian Sicilian spaghetti Ingredients for mince filling Mince 250 gmBrinjal 2 Tomatoes finely chopped 3 Onion chopped 1 cup Boiled spaghetti 2 cups Oil ¼ cup Peas boiled ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup Crushed red chili 1 tsp Oregano leaves 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic crushed 1 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Bread crumbs 2 ? 3 tbsp Method for Mince Cut each brinjal into thin slices and fry with 2 tbsp oil. in other pan heat ¼ cup oil, add 1 cup chopped onion, fry till soft, add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp crushed red chili and 1 tsp oregano, fry for 5 minutes. Now add 250 gm mince, cook for 10 minutes, add ½ cup boiled peas with ½ cup water, cover and cook till mince done, add ½ cup cheese and 2 cups boiled spaghetti to the mince, mix well grease oven proof dish sprinkle 2 -3 tbsp bread crumbs so they coat the bottom and sides of the dish, spread with fried brinjals on the bottom and sides of the dish, spoon the filling, press down, sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake for 10 minutes on 180 degree C till cheese melts.related searches : Italian
