It's Smooth Sailing Making a Pineapple Smoothie

Sipping a Pineapple Smoothie for breakfast?one of my favorite things!

If you like fresh pineapple, yogurt, pineapple juice and honey, you?ll love this recipe.




It?s easy to prepare and delicious!

Here?s a recipe to use as a guide.
Change ingredient amounts to suit your taste.

½ cup greek yogurt
1 slice pineapple (about 1 inch thick)
1 Tablespoon honey
¼ cup pineapple juice
5-10 ice cubes

Put all items in a blender until smooth.
Pour in a glass. Enjoy!

THEN, there is my favorite restaurant. Shipwreck Grill.


My parents wedding anniversary dinner was held here a few years ago. The food was absolutely FABULOUS!
Memorable was the Cheesecake drizzled with Cilantro Oil. At first, I was hesitant to try it. But, then gave it a chance. OMG! Wonderful! However, I don?t see it on their menu now.

A shout out to Shipwreck Grill for such great food and service!
