January 28 Cupcakes

Audrey loves them and I try not to serve them too often. I also halved a recipe so that we can only bake the amount we can eat in one setting. Cupcakes in a Mug are fun and easy to make for a dessert or special treat.

Another bonus is that once the mugs cool the cupcakes can be eaten straight out of them. Most ceramic mugs are safe to bake in the oven.
