Jelly Fruit Cake :
Ingredients: Butter/Margarine 125g Custar sugar 1/2 cup Eggs 2 Vanilla Essence 1tsp Self Raising Flour 2 cups Milk 1/2 cup Coco powder 1/2 tsp For jelly: Mango Flavoured Jelly powder 1 pkt sugar 1/2 cup Fresh fruits of your choice Method: Mix the cake ingredients and beat them,until it become soft and fluffy.Add the coco powder on the middle of the microwave pan or Microwave safe bowl. Tranfer the cake mixture into the bowl. Bake on high for 6 minutes 30 seconds, turn and bake for another 6 minutes 30 seconds on high. Turn cake over onto a plate and let it cool for sometime.Meanwhile the Prepare the fruit jelly. Boil the jelly powder in water with sugar for 2 minutes in microwave. Let it cool for while and arrange the fruits over the jelly and refrigirate it for 5 min. Once it done place it on the top of the cake Keep it in fridge before serving.
