Keerai/Palak chappathi
This is one variation of chappathi (thin wheat bread). Ingredients: Green leafy vegetable 1-2 green chillies salt to taste Wheat flour Method of preparation: cook the green leaf with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder and green chilli.. Grind it to a paste. Mix this with the wheat dough which is used to prepare the normal chappathi. Take small balls of the above dough and press down to a thin sheet. Place it over a pre-heated tawa and toss and turn it over till both the sides are done. You may apply oil/ghee on the surface. Enjoy it with curd and pickle... related searches : Keerai
