Kiwi-Peach-Banana Smoothie
Don’t throw away that overripe fruit sitting on your counter. Stick it in the freezer until frozen, then use it to make smoothies with! I love smoothies, how ’bout you? So many flavor combinations to explore. This was one of the best I’ve made so far so I wanted to share it with y’all. And I have to say, if you don’t have an immersion/hand blender in your kitchen, you need one. Now. Some of the best $12 I ever spent. It makes whipping up smoothies a breeze. And blending up soups. And making dips, and hummus, and salad dressings. That is all. Give this smoothie a try! And have fun experimenting and creating your own Kiwi-Peach-Banana Smoothie Ingredients: 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks 1 frozen kiwi fruit, sliced 1/2 cup chopped frozen peaches 1/2 cup orange juice, or other fruit juice, or milk Directions: Place fruit in blender (or the beaker that came with your immersion blender). Add in the orange juice. Blend until smooth. The amount of juice is more of an approximation, you can adjust the amount based on how thick or thin you want your smoothie. I like mine pretty thick.
