Kobbari Pulusu-Coconut Gravy
This Gravy goes well with Chapati and also as a side dish for Rice . nice combination for Dals It has sourness and also crunchy flavour because of Papads we use in this Gravy . All you need is : Coconut Grated - 2 Tsp Urad Dal-2Tsp Sesame Seeds-2Tsp Garlic -15 Rice Flour -1Tsp Salt-To Taste Dry Red Chillies Tamarind Pulp- 1 Cup Turmeric -1/2 Tsp Green Chillies-2 Curry Leaves-Few Oil-6Tsp Mustard Seeds-1Tsp Cumin Seeds-1Tsp Oil-1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Method To Prepare: 1)Grind Coconut,Sesame Seeds,Rice Flour ,Green chillies to a Paste. 2)In a Pan Fry Papads of Your choice and Keep it aside 3)In a Pan Add Oil,Garlic,Urad dal,Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Dry Red Chillies,Onions,Curry Leaves Let them fry well in the Oil 4)Now add Salt,Turmeric now time to add Paste. 5)Let it Come to Boil and check whether onions are cooked . then add Papads Papad Pics
