Kuttu/Buckwheat flour pakoris are usually prepared on fast like Mahshivratri,Navratri,Ekadashi etc.It is prepared using Buckwheat flour and arbi/potato.I love preparing it with arbi.The below recipe will around 15-18 pakoris.
Ingredients: 3 Arbies cooked and mashed 1 1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour (kuttu ka atta) 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 3-4 gren chillies finely chopped Salt to taste(Sendha namak if preparing for fast) Oil for frying. 1/2 cup water
Procedure: 1.Mix all ingredients except water in a bowl. 2.Now add water slowly and form a smooth batter 3.Heat oil in a skillet 4.Make small pakories and fry it in oil untill they are golden in colour. 5.Pakoris are ready.Enjoy it with a cup of tea.
