La La La, More raw bread ?
I checked out Ani Phyo's book at the library. I freaking love the library. Anyways, She only has one bread recipe in there. Which I like, because I think its good to keep the dehydrated stuff down to a minimum. But it is definitely nice to be able to eat a sandwich every once in awhile. So I made this sesame sunflower bread. It was pretty good... the texture is something I'm gonna have to get used to. I would probably add a little more salt, or some other spice to give it more flavor next time. But all in all it's nice. I'm not gonna give you the recipe because you have to go get her book, or borrow it from the library :), but I'll give you the ingredients... ground flax, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, onion, garlic and sea salt. Super simple. Good night! ?
