Labour Day activities....

This steamed 9-layers kuih(pudding) is very easy to put together but rather time consuming as we have to steam it layer by layer until it is done. Well yesterday was labour day and with plenty of time to kill, I set about making this pudding. The name said 9 layers but sometimes misjudgement of batter can lead to more or less layers lol! This time I get 10 layers. The recipe can be found here.
