Lattice Pocket Pie Molds

There is still plenty of fresh summer fruit to be baked. 
I recently bought the Williams-Sonoma lattice pocket pie mold after having so much fun baking with the star shaped version.

   The lattice pie molds can hold 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling compared to 1 tablespoon for the star shape.

    

Larger pies with more filling. No complaints from BJ.
