Lebanese Chicken Wings with Cilantro
24 chicken wings with skin3/4 cups vegetable oil1 large head of garlic, peeled and crushedBunch of cilantro, finely chopped4 chiles, thinly sliced1/4 cup thinly sliced garlic chives1/2 Kg medium type tomatoes, dice2 tsp freshly cracked black peppertions1/3 cup lemon juicePinch of salt
Directions Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the wings, until golden brown and almost tender and cooked .Add all other ingredients ,crushed garlic, cilantro, chilies,tomatoes,garlic chives , and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.and cover the cooking pan for five minutes .Transfer the chicken wings to a serving dish and drizzle with the cooking juice.
