Let's Get Reading!

My friend Mandy is doing something kindda fun this month that I want to share with my readers as well.  I read her April 1st post and thought, "hmm, I can do this, too"--read that is.  Mandy has dubbed this Get Literal month for herself and since I read all the time, I checked out her book list and decided to join her in reading To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. 

In all honesty, I am a book reader now, but not so sure I was in high school, since I don't remember reading this American Treasure, I'm sure I did and probably even got a B for the test grade, but have no clue as to what's between the covers. 

So join, me will you?  Who needs Oprah's Book Club, let's just do some reading this month!

A bit of omission:  The freshmen is reading this book later in the semester and Heaven forbide I give him the blank stare when he asks me a question about it!  Hopefully I won't have to buy SparkNotes for myself!
