Loving Bikram
Hello Tuesday readers how are we today? I'm having one of those days when things feel a little 'huh', I just think its the gym stuff. Its just so hard to pick up clients when your not really confident. I have clients don't get me wrong, and the ones I have are great. I get on with them all so well which is so good but I need more and I'm finding it tough but I guess I just gotta try and keep my chin up and get some more confidence! Anyways enough about that, I was glad to read that I'm not the only silly billy out there, after I got stuck in the porch! This morning I had a late start so I finally decided to try my starbucks coffee sample.Hmmm I have to admit I wasn't impressed maybe the other flavor is better? I found this a little bitter and nothing like the delicious coffee they sell in the shop. After breakfast I got ready and made my way to town, dropped my things at the gym then made my way to yoga. I know i mentioned I was going to yoga but didn't explain completely. I got a free session card to go and see if I liked it, which I did, I then bought the beginners offer which was £20 for 2 weeks and you go as much as you like. I'm getting my moneys worth and trying to go every week day this week and then at least 4 next week. I'm then hoping to continue with 1 session a week. I'm loving it but after this 2 weeks the cost to go is very expensive and at the mo I can't afford to do any more than once a week but the teacher says you still get the benefits its just a slower process which is fine by me : )90 minutes Bikram Yoga Before yoga I ate an apple and some almonds. I ate a new to me food for dinner. A quorn peppered steak with steamed veggies and smash!Yes I eat smash. I put my hands up I love smash! I don't eat it often but I do eat it : ) The steak was ok, not amazing but quite tasty enough. The smash was delicious!I need to make some flyers for work so better get on. Can't believe its Wednesday tomorrow already! Question: Do you eat meat substitutes? I have eaten tofu for years and soy chunks have been known to turn up in the cupboard but thew quorn is new to me. I'm liking it : ) related searches : Loving
