Low carb protein pancake
var addthis_config = {"data_track_clickback":true}; Yesterday and today I made protein pancakes without oatmeal (you can find the original under tummy treats). Ingredients: 1scoop IsoPure all natural un-flavored 1 tbsp ground flaxseed cinnamon (to taste) 1 egg white almond milk 1/2 banana strawberries Directions: Mis together dry ingredients. Whisk in egg white. Add almond milk slowly (I did a tbsp at a time) until you get a pancake batter consistency, mine was probably 2-3 tbsp. Mix in half banana chopped. Cook over medium heat. Cover with strawberries and non-fat greek yogurt. Perfect!! (John did not like them - not sweet enough for him - but I love them!) They were the perfect fuel to my workout yesterday: 3 sets, 8-10 rep range free squats and mountain climbers walking lunges (with ez bar) and bosu crunches step ups (cable) and weighted bridges calves - two ways shins 4 set 20 reps ball tucks ball crunches fire hydrants donkey kicks frog kicks oblique twists 45 minutes on treadmill - I tried to do interval sprints but I rolled my ankle hiking last weekend so it was mostly 15 incline at a 3.2 mph.
