Lunch Lady Arms

By Sweet & Salty Sassafras (Visit website)

Okay besides the butt and thigh area... I feel that most women extremely dislike their flabby arms. We women are sometimes self-consious to wear tank tops sometimes. I mean honestly, why do our arms have to shake and jiggle? Anyway, I found this website that gives some good exercises for those crazy arms. See here! And all of these exercises you should be able to do at home. Don't have dumbbells? Use cans of soup or soda or something you can grip easily! One last thought... Never give up- keep pushing yourself- It will be worth it all!
