Magic Middle Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

My poor cookbooks. I swear I love them, but they're turning into art, or books my son likes to drag around the house and hide under couches. It's just, there are so many food blogs out there that inspire me! Like Gonna Want Seconds, and her Magic Middle Peanut Butter Cookies. So I made them. And added a mashed banana to the chocolate cookie dough.


They don't look like hers (at ALL), but they still taste divine!
