Ingredients:
Egg-4
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato Puree-1 cup
Capsicum-1 chopped finely
Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves for Garnishing
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tblspn

Preparation:
Heat oil in a frying pan,Fry some onions and capsicum for 1 min.
Add in red chilli powder and garam masala powder...Add in the tomato puree and cook till oil separates..
Now pour in water and let it come to a boil...Crack eggs,straight in to the gravy.Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 min.
Using a spoon just scramble the eggs and let it boil for 3 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..
