Adraki gobhi (cauliflower with ginger)

This is very delicious, simple and easy to make gobhi with ginger flavor.

can serve with chapati and parata.


Cauliflower-2 cups(cut into florets)
Ginger grated-2tbsp
Cumin seed-1tsp
Green chilli-2 chopped
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Coriander leaves- chopped(for garnishing)
Salt- to taste


Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed let it splutter then add ginger

green chilli and saute for few seconds.

now add cauliflower and mix well, cover it and cook on medium flame

stirring in between till they are half done.

add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and salt

and mix properly.

keep checking once its done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Now your tasty adraki gobhi is ready to serve with roti or paratha.
