Ingredients:
Potatoes-3 boiled and roughly mashed
Peas(pattani)-1 cup
Tomatoes-3 pureed
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbslpn
Cumin seeds(jeerakam)-1 tblpsn
Red chilli powder-1tblspn
Cumin powder(jeeraka podi)-1 tsp
Garam masala pdr-1tsp
Turmeric powder(manjal podi)-1tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Oil-1 tblpsn

Preparation:
Heat oil in a kadai and crackle some cumin seeds followed by Ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add in the tomato puree and mix well.Cook till oil separates from it.Throw in the spice powders(Red chilli,Cumin,Turmeric and Garam masala pdr) and mix well.Season with salt and sugar.
Add in the peas,potatoes and mix well.Pour in the required amount of water and let it come to a good boil.
Cover it and let it simmer for 5-10 min.Serve hot with Chappati or poori.
