Step 1 Poke drumstick skins with fork. Marinate drumsticks with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2 Combine all marinate seasoning and mix well
Step 3 Pour the mixed seasoning over the chicken and leave marinated 1/2 days or overnight
Step 4 Arrange drumsticks facing up in a baking tray and pour the remaining marinate over the chicken
Step 5 Preheat oven 220 C with middle rack. Grill for 45 mins (may vary depending of the drumstick size) When the drumsticks start to turn brown, use tong to turn drumsticks every 10mins till the sauce thickens and glaze on them
