Balsamico – løk

Ingredients:

12 stk sjalottløk
1 dl balsamicoeddik
3 ss brun sukker
  Preparation:

Begynn å skrelle løken, sett en kjele på medium varme, så har du i løken og tilsetter sukker. Skru ned varmen til lav og karamelliser løken. NB pas på. Når løken er karamellisert tilsetter du balsamico. Sett på lokk og la løken trekke i ca 10 minutter. Ta av lokket og sett kjelen til side. Varmes opp like før servering.
