Ingredients:
1 2-3 pound London Broil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper

Preparation:
Whisk all marinade ingredients together. Marinate London broil in marinade for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Discard marinade.
Grill to medium rare. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Slice into thin strips, across the grain.
