Ingredients:
Enough grits for 4 servings
4 red potatoes
4 eggs
Chives
Seasonings of your choice
I like garlic, S&P, italian seasoning

Preparation:
Chop your potatoes up and fry in a hot skillet with a little EVOO and season to your liking
Meanwhile, Cook grits to the boxes instructions.
Fry your eggs sunnyside up. This is important because you are going to want a runny yolk to mix in with your grits.
Next Chop you chives. Throw it all together
