- Cut cabbage into big cube pieces.Steam it in a steamer and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan.Saute sliced onion and sliced shallots in it.Add splited greenchilli,curry leaves,ginger paste and crushed garlic .Give it a good stir.Now add sliced tomato ,pepper powder,chilli powder,cumin powder,salt and saute.Pour thin coconut milk and cook on low-medium flame until it starts to thicken.Now add the steamed cabbage pieces and thick coconut milk .Cook for two more minutes.Serve hot.
