Ingredients:
250g Cauliflower - cut into medium size florets
6 shallots - sliced thinly
1 medium size (abt 120g) tomato - chopped
2 (abt 200g) potatoes - remove skin and cubed
1 tbsp butter/margarine (unsalted)
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 stalks of coriander leaves -sliced into smaller pieces
1/2 liter of water
salt to taste

Preparation:
When butter/margarine is heated, saute the onions to soften for about 3-4 mins.
Next goes in the chopped tomatoes and the bay leaves.
Continue to stir until it becomes a thick paste.
Pour in the water, add pepper and salt to taste
Once the broth starts to boil, add the potatoes first to cook until soften.
Strain away all floating impurities.
Put in the cauliflower and continue to boil for another 5 mins.
Off the heat and stir in the coriander leaves.
