- When oil is heated, fry the blended ingredients with the anchovies/ikan bilis.
Once the oil starts to float, add in the fresh milk, kalamansi juice, water, cekur manis and salt to taste.
Reduce the heat to cook the ingredients
As soon as the small bubble forms, remove from heat.
