Ingredients:
Chicken - boneless breasts 4
Feta Cheese the necessary
Spinach or chard - cooked, the necessary (I used frozen spinach, 3 blocks)
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
On a surface put the chicken breasts (one at a time) between butter paper (baking paper) and very gently with a meat bat or with a rolling pin, work the meat trying to extend it a little more.
Season the chicken breasts and fill it with feta cheese and spinach. Wrap the ends and put the roll in aluminium foil, roll the paper and seal the ends.
Boil enough water in a pot, put the rolls wrapped in foil and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat, remove the paper and cut the roll into slices.
Serve.
