Fry the onions and chicken. Heat up some fried ginger oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and fry for a while. Add the chicken pieces and keep stirring.
Add all ingredients. When they are half cooked, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and cover.
Let it cook for a while, maybe about 5 minutes. Give a quick stir and dish up to a plate and serve hot.
It goes great with rice.
