Ingredients:
500 gm chicken
1tbspoon ginger paste
1 tbspoon garlic paste
2 onions [cut into small pieces]
2 tomato [cut into small pieces]
salt to taste
1/2 spoon red chili powder
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1spoon coriander powder
1 spoon fresh garam masala
pinch of kasuri methi
fresh coriander
1 green chili cut into small pieces
2 table spoon vegetable oil
2 cups of water

Preparation:
in a pan put oil and add onions with that put ginger garlic paste let it be brown .
after the onions r quite brown add tomato and put some water in it to mix with the onion.stir it for 3 minutes then add red chili turmeric powder and coriander powder then add chicken pieces into the pan mix it well put in some salt to taste .put kasuri methi with chicken in pan mix it well till the chicken separates the oil.pour water into the pan and cover it with thick pan cover for 15 minutes .check the tenderness of the chicken then add green chili and garam masala in the pan mix it well after 5 minutes its ready decorate it with fresh coriander and serve this dish with roti bread naan or parathas
