Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts
1-2 cartons of chicken broth
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
egg noodles, half of a bag
garlic, 1-2 minced cloves
salt and pepper,to taste
crushed red pepper, to taste

Preparation:
Boil chicken in enough water to cover and the carton(s) of broth until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Take out and cut up into tiny pieces, set aside. Add vegetables and seasonings. Cover pot and let boil until vegetables are soft, about 20 minutes. When vegetables are done, add egg noodles and boil until done, 6-10 minutes. Add chicken and stir well. Cover and simmer as long as you'd like!
