Chicken ramen: the easy version of this iconic asian dish!

- Cook the chicken meat and liver in a small pot with boiling water (about 3 cups). When cooked, cut chicken meat into strips and liver into bite sized, (set aside the chicken broth).
- Medium heat, put the olive oil, then the butter. Saute garlic and onion.
- Add the chicken meat ,add salt and pepper, after a minute add the uncooked noodles, mix it immediately.
- Add chicken broth , then add water, bring to boil .
- Add carrots, liver, milk, cheese, and a pinch of diced scallions or spring oninons then stir. Let it simmer until the noodles are cooked.
- Serve it hot with scallions and boiled egg.
