Ingredients:
For the Chicken
350g chicken - cut into bite sizes and combine in:
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp rice flour
Other Ingredients
3 red chillies - sliced thinly
4 shallots - chopped
1 tbsp honey
3 sprigs curry leaves
1 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
salt to taste
Oil (as needed)

Preparation:
When oil is heated, deep fry the pieces and remove.
In the same wok, leave about 2 tbsp of oil
Add in the chillies,shallots and curry leaves.
Very quickly give a good stir.
Next goes in the honey and salt to taste.
Stir all the ingredients together before adding in the fried chicken.
Stir again to coat the chicken pieces with the sauce.
Off the heat and sprinkle in the sesame seeds.
Its done and ready to be served.
