Maybe you know croque-monsieur, this French sandwich with ham and cheese. Here we did some "fusion" with an american classic : pancakes! You sure will love these savoury pancakes!

Ingredients

Pancakes :

1.5 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp oil
3/4 cup milk
4 slices of ham
8 slices of cheddar

In a bowl, mix together the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
Add the eggs and mix. Then, gradually add the milk, while stirring.
Heat and grease a non-stick pan, then pour some dough on it. Then put half a slice of ham and a slice of cheddar.
Cover with some batter.
Turn it over, and cook for a few minutes.
There you are, your croque pancakes are ready!
