Ingredients:
3/4 kg crabs - cleaned and crack the claws a bit.
100g yogurt
1 (about 100g) onion - sliced thinly
2 stalks curry leaves
spices - cinnamon, cloves and star anise
1/4 cup oil
salt to taste
For The Curry
2 tbsp plain chilly powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/4 tbsp fennel powder
1 tsp turmeric/kunyit powder
1 tbsp blended/grounded ginger
1/2 tbsp blended/grounded garlic
** Mix all together

Preparation:
When oil is heated, saute the onion and spices for a couple of mins.
Add in the curry paste and fry until the oil floats.
Put in the crabs,stir to blend and mix all in.
Cover to cook the crabs.
Once done, goes in the curry leaves, yogurt and salt to taste.
Stir all the ingredients together for about 3-4mins.
Once the gravy thickens, remove and enjoy it.
