  • Eggplant tempura - Preparation step 1Prepare tempura batter : mix flour + chili powder + milk + salt + pepper + yeast. Leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Eggplant tempura - Preparation step 2Peel and cut eggplant into slices. Cover the slices with flour then dip into the tempura batter.
  • Eggplant tempura - Preparation step 3Fry your eggplants in boiling oil during 2 minutes on each side and put them on a paper towel.
