1 lb Elk Italian sausage (or whatever meat you would like to use)
1 lg onion
2 cans chicken broth
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 cups cooked rice
Preparation:
In your pot, brown your meat and onion together. Drain if you need to.
Reduce heat to low and add the 2 cans of chicken broth and chicken cube.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the rice according to directions on the box.
Add the rice to the soup right before serving!
