Fish cakes
Delicious and easy fish cakes
Preparation

A bowl mix the hot pepper, parsley, carrots, garlic and the grated potatoes.

Cut the fish fillet in small pieces, then add it over the vegetables and mix.

Then add the eggs, olive oil and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix.

The next step is to lightly shape and pat into circles about 2cm thick.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fish cakes over a medium heat for about 5 mins on each side or until crisp and golden. Serve warm. Enjoy!
