Flammekueche, a bacon and onion tart - video recipe!

- Roll out the pizza dough and put it on a baking tray.
- Mix the cream with the cream cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and spread this on the dough.
- Arrange the uncooked bacon on it.
- Minced the onions and quickly cook them in a pan with butter. Take them out when they start to be transparent.
- Arrange them on the Flammekueche, and bake for 13 minutes at 440°F (230°C).
- There you are, your Flammekueche is ready!
