Goru chikkudu (guvar) - mamidikaya kura / cluster beans raw mango curry

- 1 packet (400 g) Frozen Cut Guvar
- 1 Raw Mango
Cut into 1 inch Chunks (Make sure it's the Tangy Variety not the sweet one)
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Jeera Seeds
- 2 sprigs Curry
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Step 1: Heat Oil in a pan. When hot, add the Mustard Seeds and let them Pop.
Step 2: Then add Jeera and let them crackle. Now add Curry Leaves and fry for a minute.
Step 3: Add the Onions and allow them to change colour.
Step 4: When the Onions are brown in colour, add the Tomato and cook till the oil separates.
Step 5: Now add the Salt, Turmeric Powder and Chilli Powder and mix well.
Step 6: Add the Guvar and mango and mix well so the masala is ncorporated into them.
Step 7: Cover and cook till the Guvar is done.
Step 8: Serve with Rice.
