Green peas curry (vegetarian)

Ingredients:

1 cup green peas (boiled to become soft)
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (pour some water to De-froze first)
2 cups milk
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp fennel powder
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lime juice
salt to taste
  Preparation:

When oil is heated, put in the garlic, onion, bay leaves, coriander, cumin and fennel powder.
Fry for 4-5 mins.
Add in the green peas and pour in the milk. Stir to mix all the ingredients. Let is simmer over low heat until a boiling point.
Lastly, add the frozen vegetables, lime juice and salt to taste. Off the heat and give it a good stir before serving.
