Quick to prepare and it makes a carmalized sauce for a refreshing, mouth-watering tropical flavors!
Ingredients:
Fresh pineapple, peeled and cored from shell and sliced
1 large Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbl veg oil
1/4 Teas garlic powder
1/4 cup water
2-3 Tbl honey
1-2 Tbl soy sauce
Juice from one lime
3 Tbl coconut flakes
1/4 Cup Kellog's Rice Krispies Cereal
1 large bun of your choice.

On your heated charcoal grill:
Grill 4-6 pineapple slices and remove them to a serving platter for garnish.
Then take a rectangle piece of foil, fold up the edges tightly to hold the liquid ingredients.
Combine water, honey, soy sauce, and juice from lime and pour into the foil container made.
Rub the chicken with the oil and then the garlic powder. Pat the chicken breast with the coconut and the rice krispies.
Place the chicken into the foil holding the liquid. Saute chicken until browned on both sides; Simmer around 12-15 minutes.
Place chicken in the bun and garnish with pineapple slices. Cut in half.
