Ingredients:
2 (abt 200g) pieces salmon
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried mint leaves
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
Sprinkle the oregano, mint, pepper and salt on both sides of the fish.
Rub all over the fish.
Leave it in the fridge and let it marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
Now, heat the portable grill and drizzle the olive oil over.
Once heated but not too hot, add the fish inside.
Grill both sides of the fish for a nice dark brown color.
Remove and serve with the lemon wedges.
