Ingredients:
350g chicken fillet/breast
1 tbsp blended/grounded ginger
1 1/2 tbsp Thai chilly sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste (use sparingly as soy and oyster sauce can be salty too)
1 tbsp oil (for greasing the baking pan)

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken fillet with all the ingredients except oil for as long as you can (minimum 4 hours)
Preheat oven at 200c for 10 Min's.
Place only the chicken fillet on the greased baking pan.
Bake for 40 Min's or until the chicken is cooked (with nice dark brown color on top)
As for the marinated ingredients/sauces, pour into a pan and simmer until it becomes a thick sauce.
Once the chicken is cool down, slice into long pieces and drizzle the sauce over.
Serve with slices of cucumber or any other veg you like.
