To Be Marinated With
1 tsp grounded/blended ginger
1 tsp grounded/blended garlic
1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp chinese wine
1 1/2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
Veges:
Cauliflower (30g)
Broccoli (30g)
1 onion (30g - sliced into rings)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Preparation:
After marinating the chicken overnight, place it on a greased baking tray. Baked at 200c for 30 mins or until really dark brown in colour.
Mix all the veges with salt and olive oil. Microwave for 3-4 mins and remove.
